• p. 32 A beer-order in St. Petersburg with a Latvian connection / Jan Kaptein [pre-printed postcards were used in Moscow and St. Petersburg for ordering beer between 1879-1891. This cards from my collection has a Latvian connection: pre-printed is the address of the office of the Riga brewery Waldschlosschen. Waldschlosschen is the forerunner of the now greatest brewery of Latvia, Aldaris. On the other side is preprinted sorts of beer, which could be ordered.] We have an interesting hobby.
